Do I have to add money to my account? Top...
Not right away, but eventually you will probably have to when paying a Insurance Provider the agreed upon fees or if the Insurance Provider requests that the project fees are placed into "Safe Keeping".

Do I have to pay for services through my Excellance.net account? Top...
No, you can get paid directly by the Consumer but for the sake of convenience you may wish to be paid via the Excellance.net payment system. Please Note: you will be required to have suffiecient funds on account in order to cover any fees that Excellance.net may charge when awarding a project.

How do I communicate with a Insurance Provider? Top...
You may post messages on the message private boards. If you post a private message, only the Insurance Provider it is addressed to will be able to see it. That Insurance Provider will also be notified by e-mail that you posted a message to him.

How do I do I buy services and sign up as a Consumer? Top...
If you are new to Excellance.net, click the Consumer link at the top or bottom of any page and you will be guided through the registration process.

How does it work? Top...
After signing up, you may "Create A Project" and provide all the details of the service you want. Insurance Provider's will then be able to view your project and bid on it. This is similar to an auction, with an expiry date whereby you communicate wtih the Insurance Provider and negotiate terms on a private message board.

Once negotiated, you choose the winning bidder yourself. The chosen Insurance Provider will then have the option of accepting your agreed upon terms or declining them within a specified time frame.

If he/she doesn't not respond within the specified time frame (ususally 24 hrs) the Consumer then has the option of extending his/her project. If the Insurance Provider responds within the said time frame, he/she will then begin to work on your project.

How much does this cost? Top...
We currently charge a £2.00 Registration fee. It's not a great deal of money, but it will hopefully deter the "time-wasters"..!! Once we have an established customer base, we will request information with regard to Membership fees & charges. What this means to you is: You get to have your say in the way that we operate the Excellance.net facilities. After all - We're only here because of you Guys...
