that you have received by a specific Insurance Provider.
Please Note:
Feedback cannot be amended once posted.
The following is a guide to feedback ratings:
- 9-10 stars: Greatly exceeded expectations.
- 7-8 stars: Exceeded expectations.
- 5-6 stars: Met expectations.
- 3-4 stars: Did not meet expectations.
- 1-2 stars: Was far below expectations.
- No stars: No prior feedback
In addition to leaving a feedback (star) rating,
we encourages all Consumers to include specific comments
whenever possible. In many cases, your comments are more powerful than just a
star rating. |

| Your " Manage Account" page gives you access to all of your activities in one place and allows you to manage your account. You can edit your personal user information, view your Buying Activities (If Registered as Consumer), manage your Selling Activities (If registered as Insurance Provider), or view all transactions that you have conducted at Excellance.net. |

Consumers who have Registered
with us, may submit any amount of requests for Insurance Cover.
Insurance Providers (who have also Registered) will then submit proposals on these
specific requirements.
Other information may then be requested & exchanged via our PRIVATE Message
Boards.
When the Consumer & Provider have received the applicable information, a
decision will be made by the Consumer to offer the custom to one of the
Insurance Providers who have submitted proposals & quotes to provide the level
of cover.
Once a new
Insurance Provider has Registered, they can then browse any applicable requests for
cover & submit proposals & quotes to provide the Insurance Product that may be
required. |

| Yes, Excellance.net will have a referral program at a later date, which will be an added benefit for registered Insurance Providers. When a new Insurance Provider signs up, he/she will be asked if a current Insurance Provider referred them. If they were, they then type in the user I.D. of the referring member, who in return, may receive a referral fee which may be in the form of a credit in his/her account after the new member is a verified subscriber. Best of all, there is no referral limit. You may refer as many new members as you like. |

submit a request for Insurance Cover, which is specific to their personal requirements.
Our FSA registered "Insurance Provider's" will then submit proposals & competitive quotes to
secure your custom. We offer Consumer's many different categories & subcategories so they can select the right product & level of cover. Excellance.net offers you the confidence that our Insurance Provider's can meet your insurance requirements - no matter which category is applicable to you. Our Insurance Provider's offer a huge variety of cover for almost every eventuality..!! These providers would most likely be the same people that you get to deal with on the so-called comparison websites.
However, unlike other websites - we DO NOT get any form of commission fees from
the Insurance Provider.
You submit your requirements & all of our registered Insurance Provider's come to you! We
aim to take the hassle out of searching through phone books, looking through newspapers & scouring 100's of websites.
We want the Insurance Provider(s) to come to you - instead of the other way
around..!!
These Members are confident that they are able to offer the best level of cover,
along with the best quotes in the marketplace.
We charge a very small fee to provide this service, which is payable by the
Consumer.
However, we have an agreement with all of our Insurance Providers. This
agreement states that they will refund (in the form of a discount) the small fee
paid by the Consumer.
Basically, if we charge a Consumer £5 to use our services, then upon securing
the new business - the selected Insurance Provider will discount your policy by
that very same amount.
Therefore, it has cost you Nothing to use our facilities - and you get the best
deal available to you..!! |
